- Optimize product manual: ensures language accuracy, concise, well written and localized;
- Customer experience improvement: Make suggestions on product image and video optimization; expands (increases) ways to enhance customer experience by improving content;
- Effectively communicate with intended students about the educational products of Easy Group through WeChat, telephone and other methods based on the resources provided by the company.
- Collect potential customer information as required, maintain interactive communication with customers, and assist the team to complete sales targets.
- Coordinate among students, marketing and product departments to assist with improving and guaranteeing service quality.
- Provide in-depth and timely analysis based on current education trends; run temporary reports to provide market information to the management team.
- Answer, investigate, trouble shoot, rectify and respond to inquiries from customers regarding web transactions, product availability, user profiles.
- Order Management and Maintenance.
- Handle customer returns and communicate with tech team to provide solution to customers.

- Assist in the planning and preparing for governance meetings including: tracking agenda items; conducting email polls; set up for meetings and coordinate logistics; taking minutes; compiling member lists; implementing the registration processes; preparing meeting materials, reports, and presentations; communicating with members; tracking nominations; and filing documentation.
- Assist with the development and production of the agenda, necessary notices, reports and convening circulars for Synod.
- Support the Secretary of Synod in coordinating all Synod logistics including staff and volunteer assignments; venue selection, timing, catering, materials and presentations, and developing and delivering the training presentation for staff and volunteers. Works closely with the external events planner for coordinating logistics.
- Maintain a solid understanding of all company products, channels and company policies/terms and assist online and walk-in customers with their inquiry in a professional manner.
- Complete any ad hock project as assigned.
- Resolve customer complaints via face to face, phone, email, mail, live chat or social media.
- Use ERP, Platform portal website, CRM, telephones or emails or other effective ways to reach out to customers and verify account information.
